I helped create these images (and many more) for CITI Bank, both for online and print. They usually required large extensions, (back in the day when generative fill wasn’t a thing), so with some careful photo-real illustration I recreated the bits that are missing, E.g. the boat image; which required rebuilding and extending the boat, its rigging, the sky as well as human legs and feet.

I usually just create the bits that are required for the multiple crops i.e. I don’t extend in ares that wont be seen; hence the crazy crucifix shapes.
